First look at my very first flip in Solari District. 🏚️✨
She’s a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Craftsman bungalow with good bones, original details, a whole lot of deferred maintenance, and a backyard big enough to do something really special with later.
The porch needs work, the kitchen is tired, the bathrooms have seen enough, and these floors are begging for somebody to bring them back to life—but I can already see the vision.
Right now, this is the before.
